Sagging jawline and neck

I have a sagging jawling and neck, in my mid 50s, never had cosmetic treatments before. I have platysma bands. I think it's time I do something about it. I have thyroid u3 nodules and a past parotidectomy so my options are limited.

I need something that is safe for me, cost effective with long term results (no neck lifts).

Please advice.

Botox!

Honestly, it’s great. Find a doctor who does it and check recommendations. I’ve had it and no one has noticed beyond saying I look well

Don’t waste your money on masks/creams/etc

@AbraCaStabYa pleaae let us know the results! Hope it works.

@Nylonflares how much is botox and how long results last as I don't think I can afford it every three or four months.

About £300 twice a year

@IwanttoWFH how much per session and how long results last?

£220 per session. I had three sessions, four weeks apart. I will then have a top up every six months or so.

Surely surgery is the only option to give real results, I don't see how a beauty salon procedure or cream can make that much difference.
