I have spent a small fortune on Ancient & Brave marine collage, over 6 months - no difference.

Magnesium from Modern Chemistry from Boots - really helped to keep calm in a very stressful period.

HRT - miracle worker with sleep and mood.

Kalms One a Nightmare only used one pack again when going through few months, worked well to help with going to sleep but felt groggy in the morning.

Taking Vitamin D now, but not sure if it does anything.

I feel like I need a general glow up but my diet is so good, ChatGPT talks me out of wasting my money 💁🏻‍♀️

selenium is a game changer as so many people have poor thyroid function without realizing it. Also liquid vit d drops are more bioavailable. Omega 369 must be high quality
using sea salt no seed oils

I use Nordic naturals ultimate omega as well definitely dont eat enough oily fish. Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference but I know it has lots of benefits.

Ashwanga and magnesium really help my sleep.

Also take psyllium husk capsules as not convinced I get enough fibre in my diet.

Vit D plus K2 especially in winter.

Vitamin D and magnesium

I've just read his book - he said creatine was good for some people but not others according to the research. There were a few other supplements he said had some efficacy but it was all a bit hit and miss - we're all different and respond differently.

I just take a cheap supermarket/Superdrug multivitamin including vitamin D and Ancient & Brave's omega 3 as I don't eat much/any oily fish. I also take iron about twice a week, and aged garlic for my blood pressure.

Ref. oily fish - I love it, and have smoked mackerel twice a week and sardines once for lunch, plus salmon once a week for dinner. Herring, anchovies ad hoc. I have recently done NHS health check and my good cholesterol was 2.4, twice above ideal min. This was not intentional eating, just shows that it really is beneficial. My overall cholesterol needed reducing, but the good cholesterol pushed the ratio to ideal, so I am looking forward what cutting down on cheese, butter and bacon will show in November test.

Biotin - even my hairdresser noticed how thick my hair is getting. Have taken for about 6 months.

Evening primrose made me feel normal again re periods and peri, took about 12 months.

Glucosamine helped my painful knees. Noticed the difference after maybe 6 months.

Also just throw some eye ones and multi vitamins in for good measure!

Saffron. Genuinely made such a difference to my mood- much more than sertraline did (and I found sertraline helpful, saffron just did more)

Evening primrose with Starflower. I have been taking it for over 10 years for PMS and rage. It takes about 3 to 4 months to work.

I stopped taking it a few times over the years and my symptoms always come back. I tried HRT and it didn't agree with me so I upped my dose of EPO from 1 tablet to 2 daily and that got rid of most of my perimenopause symptoms.

The dose on the box is 2 tablets a day so I'm not overdoing it.

Someone recommended it on Mumsnet years and it changed my life. I'm so much happier when I'm taking it.

So HRT if that counts GAME CHANGER.
HOWEVER, having always had strong nails they started breaking and getting brittle about 6 months ago, started taking marine collagen and now they are almost stronger than they were.
Health and Her multi vit for peri and also their mind one, I might move to their HRT multi vit
Health and Her are excellent I have found.
Also Pure Strength Omega 3 by Wild Nutrition as recommended by cardiologist for cholesterol management and seems to be working (cholesterol dropped).
