Are Halara leggings/trousers worth the hype?

I keep seeing them being advertised and they look really comfortable and flattering but I want to work out if they're worth it before shelling out!

I'd like to get a pair of leggings and trousers. I've got short legs but am currently a size 16 with a mum tum and big hips/thighs. Can anyone of similar proportions recommend a particular style of what they got on well with? There's so many different names and types, it would be great to have a rough idea of what's good as I can't afford to spend £100+ to try different styles to decide on and send back.

Thank you!

Even though the material is cheap, I actually love them. They are all made from leggings type material. I have the work wear straight leg - they look like black trousers but they are very stretchy and comfortable. And they come in short leg sizes. I love the leggings, they are very soft.

The jeans look very cheap. I wear them working from home so I feel like it’s a step above leggings but I wouldn’t wear them elsewhere.

The leggings are good. I didn’t get much bum
lift though as promised but then there’s not much to lift so possibly not halara’s fault

I’ve got some cord trousers and some dungarees and I love them. Loads on Vinted for a lot cheaper.
