I've just literally sprinted through London Bridge so I could get the train which should get me into my office on time in case it's an 8am start for the Selfridges FAC! Why can't they give us a tome?

Can someone call Selfridges and tell them that it is' 8th of October :)

Although there was a post on here from an international customer stating theirs was reserved a few days ago ( I am not sure how). Conceirge staff didn't have the means to reserve it. What they was able to do was take customer details and ask shop floor staff to reserve one AFTER it becomes available to the public. If available then the customer is contacted for payment details.

There are already loads of them on eBay! How?

They list them on the hope they nab one. If they dont get one the listing is removed. Just scalpers hoping to make a bit of money.

I will have to leave for work in about 15 minutes so will probably miss it, but I have instructed DH (who is sleeping after his night shift) to check the Selfridges site if he wakes up at all to go to the bathroom!

I was looking at some this morning. Some are the beauty one with the fragrance photo. So if you buy one, make sure you check. I asked 2 of them how they've got it, 1 said they dropped in store yesterday (not seen that anywhere so I don't believe it) and the other said that their friend works there 🙄

While stalking the FAC I've noticed they have a couple of decent looking edits.

Yeah I was talking to one of the perfume counter workers and she mentioned something similar on getting one. Be friends with the staff.

I asked around yesterday at the London location and nobody knew anything. Not even where to queue up or where they would sell them. Supposedly.

Have to say I’m glad I don’t want it myself as work internet is down and phone signal is awful - I’d be tearing my hair out!

Mine has changed from queue open 8/10/26 to out of stock

I must admit, i only like 1/3rd. If I manage to get one it will be for the Ex Nihilo, 2 out of 3 Initio, Liquid Imaginaires and the Matcha. Most of the stuff I like are the small sizes. But considering the prices of these frags its well worth it. The ex nihilo pays for it already. Which is also a good indicator on how overpriced these frags really are lol.

I have never thrown my kids into school so fast 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

C'mon Selfridges!

I wasn’t remotely interested in the SFAC until someone said it was gourmand-heavy, which seems to be my preferred type of fragrance (I am very much a newb when it comes to fragrance!) and Mildred rates it 9/10 for me. Balls. I don’t think I’ve ever successfully got something in an online queue, similar to you @JoRaRaRa.
