Oh no. I ordered samples of Diptyque eau duelle (edp) and lilyphéa and I love them both.. I might have to put down the eau duelle as a full size purchase and forget I ever tried the other one as it’s so expensive. @CorneliaStreetooh the reviews do look interesting for this! I’ll add it to the list. Thank you

it was such a good advent but they were late to come out with it. most people have maxed their perfume budget by then. I hope this is not true, between Harvey Nicks closing, uncertain about where their advent will land and now Space NK stopping their advent, and Flannels not doing the fragrance cracker - not good trend for pefume fans.

Fugazzi pomegranoudh extrait today which I got as part of a liberty gwp.

if anyone knows Fredric Malle Promise it smells very much like that on first spray. It does calm a bit after a while but I'm just not feeling it. The malles have a dna that I just can't get on with (poal and carnal flower excepted) it's like I cannot escape them? Weird. They just don't change you know? I need to up my fragrance vocabulary clearly!!

I’m wearing Aurner by Aesop today. It’s green and beautifully floral, and it lasted pretty much all day.

Sakura Snow d'annam for me tonight. This will also be full bottle

I haven't compared them directly yet e.g. one on each wrist but just testing the extrait I struggled to see how it was different.

I'm not that bothered as I love the one from last year. Maybe a proper wear test of the extrait will reveal some difference. 🤔

SOTD CH Good Girl Blush. Not the most interesting scent but I like it.

I think I'm gling to list my BI extrait when I'm back from holiday as the original is nice but not a love.

SOTE is Debaser. I have some fig shower gel by Apitiva that goes nicely with it. I might explore other things in their fig range

SOTE is unintentionally Delina Exclusif from Harrods advent by way of checking there was perfume in the bottle (someone on tiktok is saying their bottle was empty)

Oooh man! I've not opened my Harrods. Sounds like I'm going to have to now. Damn!! (but secretly excited) 🤣

I opened my Delina too but didn't really have to ask I could hear liquid when I gave the box a shake

I’m finally back at swimming after a long time away due to some health things so it’s EA green tea. It’s the most perfect post gym/shower scent and it makes me happy when I wear it. I smell like a spa. I don’t think I’d swap this one out for this specific purpose. Need to pick up another full size bottle and I’m so happy it’s a cheapie.

I love this one! I found three minis in a charity shop for £1 each and blind bought. It’s really uplifting

Morning all. I’m wearing M&S Darkest Vanilla. I was really impressed by the whole Studio line and loved a few of them but committed to FB with this one as it was down to £18.50 (still only £22 at full price for 100ml 😂) Reminds me of Black Tie, in that it’s a rich deep vanilla that stops short of tooth aching sweetness although the longevity isn’t great. Don’t mind for the price though. Anyone else tried it?

Fragrance du bois lucius. One of the few citrus forward ones I keep returning to. Fdb such an under rated house. Hope to see more of it in advent calendars and kits

Just started a new job, so SOTD for the last couple of days has been Prada Infusion de Cedre, as it’s clean, powdery, not too strong. Really liked this one, sorry to have reached the end of the sample.

@Fillybuster in terms of figs, have you tried Philosykos by Diptyque? IMO it’s the benchmark green fig frag, It’s beautiful but it can be short lived depending on your body chemistry. The perfumer (Olivia Giacobetti) also designed Premier Figuier for Artisan Parfumeur, which is also really nice.

@paristotokyo both Eau Rose and Eau Duelle travel sizes are now in the Air Qatar amenity kits, so there’s plenty of reasonably priced bottles on Vinted if you’re looking … (yes I am the resident Diptyque fangirl)

It is really nice, I bought a sample of this from Penhaligon's a few weeks ago. I then asked the lady in selfridges to spray it down my arm. They were being really weird with it, it was hidden and they would only let you smell it if you asked for it.

Initio power self. it's lovely honestly, nicer and fresher then Delina Rose - I am enjoying it. I will report later on both my intio purchases - I have some thoughts.

I loved Penhaligon's advent I had few years ago - pure lux and we really enjoyed it as family. Everything was used!

@MotherWol thanks for sharing! I had actually seen these on vinted and have favourited a few. It’s the edt though which is different to the edp but I really like it aswell so may pick up a 10ml.

I’m loving this time of year when people are selling off their fac frags on vinted. I’ve picked up a BDK impadia which is in the Harrods one I believe for a bargain so I’m chuffed. 10mls suit me as I generally go through them so slowly, especially impadia which would be very occasional wear as it’s not my usual type, but I love it for specific times.
