Please help me do a make up reset in my 50s

I'm mid fifties and have never worn much makeup. Usually mascara and a bit of lip gloss and that's it. I have worn light foundation type stuff in the past but I am very wary about making myself look a different colour so I struggle to find a product I really like. I do have fairly good skin but I have a lot of redness at the moment. I'm looking for something to even out my skin tone and make me look tidied up but still natural.

I did a Trinny London appointment a couple of years ago and bought some products which have now run out. Their products were OK but I didn't love them and they are expensive. Where else could I go to find decent advice and good quality products, either online or in person? Thanks all.

I am mid 40s and use the Erborian CC creams - the clair tone in winter and beige in summer (I'm a dark blonde, pretty pale skin).

What I think is great is that it's very light feeling on the skin, it comes out of the tube white and then blends onto your skin, it really gives a blurred, healthier look for me and is quick and easy to put on.

I use the Eborian CC cream, it is very good, especially in Summer, may revert to something heavier in Winter when I’m less tanned/fake tanned.
I do need a concealer too, for under eyes, at the moment it’s Eborian, Estée Lauder or Victoria Beckham.
I use Guerlain bronzing powder, comes in a few shades and is very natural.
Sometimes use Charlotte Tilbury powder dusted very lightly over - it’s Airbrush, looks great for photos!
I use Elf waterproof eyebrow pencil with spooly, in Taupe, it’s excellent.
I curl my lashes and use waterproof mascara to hold the curl (Beauty Pie) - it’s the only one that works for me, my lashes are dead straight.
I use a No7 brown shadow stick pencil thing to define my eyes or Maybelline tattoo liner if black - always smudged and blended out.
I use a waterproof lip liner - Huda
then a long stay lipstick by Colorsport (used to make that bronzing powder in a tub back in the 80’s, was it Ultraglow???)

I set with Charlotte Tilbury spray or the red long life one in a can by L’Oreal.
So quite a mixture really, they’re just all the products that work for me at the moment and at 60 - I can do it all in under 5 minutes.

I recently went to selfridges. Not sure where you live OP but it was brilliant. I took my make up bag and had a make up artist talk me through my make up, recommend skin care and products. Cost £60 but redeemable against purchases.
