Looking for online midi day dresses in block colours for winter holidays

Hello all. I’d really appreciate your help.

I have a couple of winter holidays planned and have been looking for one, or maybe even two dresses to take. I’ve searched and searched with no luck and I’m hoping you ladies might know of some lesser known brands that might have the kind of thing I’m after. Everything I look at is patterned and I already have lots of lovely, patterned dresses. I’m completely stuck!

I’m looking for a day dress, but not too casual.
V-neck or scooped neck. I don’t really want to be showing any cleavage. Wrap front dresses don’t work on me at all; they tend to gape.
Midi length.
A block colour. I like pinks, blues, red, pale buttery yellow, white and khaki.
I’d prefer something with a bit of stretch, even it’s just at the waist.
A defined waist, shirred or elasticated. I’m an hourglass shape.
Short or capped sleeves.

I’m in my mid 50s, 5ft 7ins and size 10/12. I don’t mind the type of fabric used; I find man-made fabrics drape better on me.I need to shop online as I have mobility problems and can go to a max of £60 to £70.

I hope my request is not too cheeky. Any ideas, advice and guidance you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

This is a nice company and they have some lovely block colours now:

Put all of your requirements into Pinterest and see what they come up with. Also a lot depends on your budget. I find Boden are good for these type of dresses but can be expensive for some people. M&S are good for quality and good value.
