Less invasive alternatives to a face and neck lift for jowls?

I’ve lost 5 stone on Mounjaro over the past 18 months and now maintaining. I’m delighted with that BUT I now have terrible jowls under my chin/neck which really get me down and others have noticed these as well.

I consulted a cosmetic surgery about options and having discussed several less invasive options, was advised that the only effective option would be a face and neck lift. I have now been advised to have a deep plane face and neck lift with deep neck reduction.

I’ve thoroughly researched the surgeon etc, so that’s all fine, but I’m getting very nervous about it now. Can anyone advise from experience whether there is a less invasive/less drastic solution to neck jowls? I’m not trying to look 10 years younger and I’m not vain but I just want to at least reduce these jowls because they look horrible. I was originally considering Endolift but ultimately that doctor told me results would probably be subtle so I don’t know whether it’s worth the expense to give it a try..,Any advice from someone who has had a similar problem will be gratefully received.
