I am looking some advice please. I have this Ted Baker skirt hanging in my wardrobe for years . It has an elasticated waist. I’d like to wear it but I can never decide what to wear on my top half or my feet. I’m a youthful 50,year old 😂5”3 and carrying extra weight everywhere especially on my tummy. Should I wear this at all? I hope to wear it to daytime occasions where I need to be well dressed but not formally dressed iykwim. I was thinking of dressing it down a bit with a black shirt or lightweight jumper (which cover my arms and tummy) and flats but can never see anything suitable. Thank you
