I’ve been tanning for weeks on arms and legs now. Lightest shade and it’s been ok but now needs a removal. Shaving legs has taken some off and it’s blotchy as heck. Has anyone got product or methods they swear by ? I do t personally like milky white on my legs in summer but appreciate each to their own. So please help a novice ?! Thanks so much. I’ve found the skinny tan I got on sale at boots the best. The whip one seems pretty even. I think it’s got a new name now but this was £5 and really good !

Oil removes tan, you can put a squirt of baby oil in a bath and use exfoliating gloves or the scratchy side of a 2 sided sponge. Thick layer of heavy moisturiser before you get in.

I really like and constantly use garnish summer body gradual tan. Comes in light or dark, apply every night and after a day or two you notice it, put it on after your shower each night and looks so nice. I also find it doesn’t tend to come off blotchy. For removal the best product I’ve ever found is bondi sands self tan eraser, works so well I swear by it, some people swear by dishwasher tablets but not sure I would do that with my sensitive skin.

Dishwasher tablets??? Crikey. I have used micellar water on the weird bits below the knee that always go orange (on me anyway ) but I like Bondi sands so will try that thanks If it was colder I’d have a bath and do the oil
but I may melt along with the tan !

I made a scrub with coconut oil, lime juice and bicarbonate of soda.
Smelled delicious and worked.

I just use this scrub mitt from Amazon in the shower. Takes every bit of patchy fake tan off and leaves your skin lovely and soft. Berber's Treat Kessa Exfoliating... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07CS425XG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
