After several pregnancies and BFing for years my boobs are a bit worse for wear.

They were always smaller, maybe a full B cup prior to kids, I think they're still possibly a B but they've lost a lot of volume and can look quite saggy, I really struggle to find a bra that's both flattering and comfortable.

I have some sensory issues which rules out any bras that are underwired or have material coming up high under the armpit, but the likes of boody don't give enough shape.

I saw on a different thread that there was such a thing as independent online bra fitters that wand I am keen to get recommendations.

Ooh….good question!

Can anyone clarify, do they recommend specific bras that suit your shape, or just give you a size and then it's up to you to try on different brands and styles?

Agree on Bella Rosa - she will recommend bras for your shape. I thought I was 34C or 36B. I already had an inkling this was wrong. I was 30E.

The bras that were recommended were great. Some of them fitted small on the band so there was some tweaking on sizing needed. I've worn the bras to death. Only down side is that it's an investment to replenish a stock of bras, but I think she recommends a black one, a neutral one, a white one (I don't like white so have two neutral), and whatever sexy or colourful ones. It's also slightly addictive to have nice lingerie, but you can make them last longer by washing properly.

She's also absolutely lovely and does a seasonal catalogue. One of the best investments to make (good fitting lingerie) IMO.

Also just to add I still buy some other ones - I do like the M&S supersoft bras as they are cheap and the Rosie range when they have pretty ones - but at least I'm buying my size now. After a while you learn which bras and brands fit you well.

She will recommend specific bras, and knows which come up big or small
I was really struggling and I’m experienced in fitting myself!

Have a look at her website as you can access the whole catalogue on there. If you sign up you can get the catalogue by email when it comes out. I'd really recommend doing the fitting though as that's really key! It wasn't expensive if I remember.

There may be others who offer similar services - love to know of any.
