Go to daily underwear help needed

My underwear drawer needs taking to the charity bins! I have small saggy boobs and a flabby mum tum. The best bras I have found are the M&S body thick strap crop top looking ones. Before I re purchase I am after any recommendations . The issue with these is I always loose the inserts in the wash.
Proper bras are all uncomfortable , I have tried expensive to cheap and all are uncomfortable digging in or squashing me even after being fitted.

knickers - ironically thongs are most comfortable as they don’t dig in the wrong bit of bum cheek, but don’t always want to wear these especially pre and during period. I tend to go for a high waist due to mum tum any shorts or low rise are a no as my tum hangs over and sticks out of my trousers even more. Was considering some Calvin klein big knickers but then thought the band may dig in too much causing an off shape.

Wrirapa pants are amazing. Comfortable and don’t budge.

Lemorosy Bras (follow the measuring instructions carefully and you’ll be surprised how well they fit) and Wirapa boy shorts, both from Amazon.

Excellent quality and very affordable.

I just wish I could have got these years ago.

Is it nice bras/sets you are looking for or something just extremely comfortable?

Do you need/want an underwired bra?

So you mentioned thongs are comfortable so they are easy enough to find?

Have you looked at Sloggi brand and Boody UK?

I don't have periods due to my contraceptive choice but I know that you can buy actual period pants quite easily and I think Always do a disposable period pant too?
