Bra fittings recommendations

Can anyone recommend somewhere for a good bra fitting? I've tried M&S (ok but very limited variety) and Bravissimo (used to be good but have gone downhill).
I am a 36F but my boobs are very close together and most bras have the cups too far apart so the underwire digs in.
Thanks.

I was going to say Bravissimo…
John Lewis?
local independent ?
Rigby & Peller are the Rolls Royce of bra fitters if you are in London. I’ve never been (rarely in London) but they are recommended on here a lot!

Thanks @IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads unfortunately I'm a long way from London but I am seriously considering a visit to try R&P.

Thanks @thewitchisin
I haven't heard of that company- sounds very interesting.

I am a similar size to you, with the same closely spaced boobs issue. Fantasie SmoothEase and Fantasie Rebecca are my Go-to bras. They are not perfect, but they work well enough.

I have a Rebecca, bought from Bravissimo, but the underwire starts to hurt after a couple of hours. I haven't seen the SmoothEase so I'll check that out, thanks.

@Yellowpapersun If you're planning a special trip to R&P, I would really recommend the Cambridge branch they are super kind, patient and helpful! Always a joyful experience.

I was recently measured at an independent local shop that unless you are in the same area as me won't be any good for you.
I was originally measured a 36B by M&S, I was in so much pain when I took my bra off I thought it couldn't be right.
I left the local shop wearing 32E and now dont even know that I'm wearing a bra. I bought a Chantelle bra, the lady in the shop told me that the French make the best bras and to stick with them. I've since bought a few more and everyone of them is extremely comfortable and my bust looks great in my clothes now too.

Thanks- Cambridge is somewhere I've never been and I'd like to, so I could book an appointment for while I'm there.

I'm in Lancashire.

We used to have an independent lingerie shop but it closed down. I might have a look for another one even if it means travelling.
