DS graduates in a month, trying to figure out what to wear as a 50 something size 18.

Something cool and comfortable you can layer or wear with comfy shoes/sandals. Don't spend or over think. Guests wear everything at graduations from walking shorts, vest and hiking shoes to full mother of the bride.

I asked DD and she wanted “wedding guest vibe” 🤣 This is the only dress I own, and as a plus size woman the only dress I’ve felt happy to wear, so it’s this;

Fantastic dress.

Wide leg Reiss blush pink trousers, Mango chocolate asymmetrical top and bag, cream kitten heels and blazer. All things I already have and enjoy wearing.

I love the sound of that outfit. For some reason, it never occurred to me to wear anything other than a dress. But this sounds perfect.

My favourite ‘mum’ graduation outfit that I saw on someone else was a slouchy white linen trouser suit and she wore it with cool trainers and a black cami. She looked very casually chic rather than ‘My Fair Lady’.
