Help! Office outer layers for air con in summer!

What do people wear as an outer layer in the office?

I have a number of sleeveless/short sleeve tops I wear to the office in summer but need something to go over them in the office itself as the aircon is so cold. I have historically worn fine knitted cardigans unbuttoned (eg here https://www2.hm.com/en_gb/productpage.1237776010.html ) but I am bored of those, they don't work with all tops, and franky I think they make me look a bit old fashioned now.

I am early 40s, a size 12 but big boobs so while I love the short/boxy jackets they tend to look a bit crap, also sometimes a bit formal (office vibe is smart/casual).

Suggestions v welcome please!

Weighty linen shirts, kimono type jackets.

Can't the air con setting be turned down a bit, so the office is less cold?

It's hugely energy intensive so it doesn't make sense to be set uncomfortably cold.

Quite like the kimono jacket, thank you.

Bjorkdidit it's probably a more general question really, as I struggle in spring/autumn with layers as well, just reverting to the fine knitwear cardigans. I don't think I'm a natural layerer, I tend to like just one top + bottom or one dress, and I'm not good at putting together looks through layers!

Ah, that would be sensible and simple. Sadly it's never been like that in any office I've worked in in the past 30 years.
