how often do you or should you get your hair cut ?

mine is just a bit below shoulders and i think i tend to leave it far too long in between trims!

Depends on the style of your hair I think. Longer hair can be left longer than shorter hair, also depends on things like if you have a fringe, colour etc.
I have long hair and get a trim every 8 weeks.

I go every 8 weeks although I have gone longer. I get a colour though, so it tends to look dreadful if I do

(I find it easier to budget for every other month rather than a month and a half-ish gap hence not every 6)

I hate going to the hairdresser so I leave mine as long as possible; sometimes, though I get so cross with it that I'll pick up a shank and cut it off which forces me to go and get it cut properly. I like it short but it grows too fast. I want a pill that I can take which will stop it growing so it'll stay in the style I have it cut in and I won't have to think about it ever again!

About 8-10 weeks usually, although have done dead on 6 weeks for last few cuts & it does make a difference...

4 times a year. It takes most of the school day by the time I've travelled there (highlights and cut for very thick hair), so cant go any more often.

Every six months! i think i need to think again. It is long and i wear it up most of the time!
