If LRP is / was the only sunscreen SPF30 and over that does not sting your face, have you found a cheaper alternative that also does not sting?

I have tried different brands from high street over the years but always end up going back to LRP, despite the price. Even on offer, it’s expensive. But everything else stings, some I have returned to the shop, some gave to DD, and generally accepted that it’s cheaper to stop experimenting and stick with what works.

Now I have list my job (and Work board leaving me rather deflated about my prospects), I cannot afford it. If there is no alternative, I will stick to SPF15 Nivea Sensitive that works, but for summer could really do with a higher factor. Thank you.

Another vote for the lovely Beauty of Joseon spf. I have sensitive skin and often get eczema around my eyes and this is perfect.

I like LRP, but my next best is Eucerin.

And its lasts a lot longer too.

I have earlier used cerave, beauty of joseon but I like LRP more. Will share my routine here if it benefits you:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
LRP spf
Cicaplast
Evening:
LRP moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

I have extremely sensitive skin. I have found Bondi Sands 50+ non tinted face fluid doesn't sting, it doesn't leave a cast (I am pale) and sinks in so no greasy looking face, and it's much cheaper than LRP.

This one was fine on my skin, but gave me sore eyes after an hour. DH uses it without any issues though.

Yeah, I read that in reviews, so was a bit wary, but I've had no issues, thankfully.
It is so hard to find something non-irritating. I couldn't even use LRP Rosaliac SPF.

I have this too but find it greasy/shiny on my skin. Fine if you’re happy to appear like you’re wearing sunscreen but not if you want it to be invisible.

I see your point.
i use it as my moisturiser after washing in the morning. Then makeup over the top.

I use it Autumn to Spring and just buy one LRP for summer because it’s just too shiny for me in summer.

I had problems with stinging suncream for year. Then discovered Decathlon and Lidl suncream works for me. I think it's European based brands.

The expensive sensitive ones always stung.

Another vote for Altruist and Beauty of Joseon. I’ve converted the rest of the family to these brands as we all have dry, sensitive skin
