What’s going on with Monty’s trousers?

As per title. I’m watching the Chelsea flower show and can’t take my eyes off Monty’s trousers. They look like they’re 6” too long.
Anyway, back to the gardens. Love the Lady Garden ( sounds rude) and the water features.

@FennelGingerJasmineOrMint At Royal Ascot all the men wear morning suits in the Royal Enclosure. They look pretty similar! The women on the other hand have far more flexibility. Aintree is on another level and elegance is often absent - both men and women!
