The best option would be to have a consultation with a specialist clinic, OP.

I think that IPL treatment is one of the things they use for what you are describing.

I have these and am having IPL, which is working really well and I wish I’d got them sorted years ago. The lady who does mine won’t do it after May until October ish as she says that it’s not as successful in the warmer months and with people picking up a tan

I use Max Factor Miracle Touch foundation on my nose. It can be a little shiny so can need a touch of powder, but is the best I found.

They're thread veins OP. Very common, particularly on the thin skin around the nose and on the cheeks. They can be got rid of with laser treatment, but will often come back/new ones form, so if you are susceptible to them you may need to get them treated every few years. I've had mine done about three times already and am due another treatment this year. It works really well though and will get rid of them ... until new ones pop up.

Thanks how much @cheezncrackers are you paying to get rid

I had Thermavein treatment on the thread veins on my cheeks and nose - it’s not cheap but it worked really well for me. I had this done nearly 3 years ago and have not had any recurrence so far. It was about £300 per session (but I did get some discounts thrown in). The sessions themselves are quite short (only a few minutes), it’s a little uncomfortable but not painful, delivered via a tiny needle - and you do have reddening for up to 24 hrs afterwards, after which you can wear makeup etc as normal. The treatments are about 6 weeks apart which helps to spread the cost, and usually it’s 4-6 treatments you need.
Anyway, I was really happy with the results myself, so might be worth looking into. I went to the Thread Vein Clinic in London.

I tried lasers bit they made little difference to the veins on my nose and too expensive for me to continue on the off chance. Then tried a beautician who.offered electrolysis and that worked 100x better. I think i was recommended it on here. It cost around £40 a session 5+ years ago, I did have it a couple of more times in the following years but honestly after that first session it no longer really bothered me.
I think the electrolysis somehow gets rid of the blood in the veins and cauterises the ends to stop them refilling, iirc.

@CoolShoeshine is there a way to check the quals of these people ?

Interesting! Have you tried lots of other foundations? I’d like to hear what the rejects were, so I can avoid them.

Years ago I tried various things but they were really obvious coverups, I've been using this one for years, my nose is also quite red. I found I needed a slightly darker shade on my nose else it stands out!
