Sculptra or profhilo structura? Any experiences?

45 and my skin quality is generally pretty good. Use tret, spf50, red light mask, microneedling etc.
My lower face is starting to look saggy after weight loss. I have the start of marionette lines and a bit of jowliness. The easy fix would be some mid face filler to lift everything but I’m concerned about the long term effects of it moving, migrating and always being in my face.
sculptra and profhilo structura seem like possible alternatives as they stimulate the body to produce collagen/fat.
Some of the Reddit forums have some bad experiences of the profhilo though so I’m not convinced by that.
Has anyone tried these and had success? Or anything that’s worked? Morpheus8 or RF microneedling also looks like it might be effective.
Thanks!

Don’t touch Morpheus 8 or RF Microneedling as both can cause fat loss and fhe FDA made a warning on the latter.

I've had profihlo structura and I really like it, I've had filler in the past but I have good cheek volume just a soft jawline so filler can make my cheeks too big when it's done for supporting my jowels. I wouldn't say it's a complete cure but combined with the Botox I have which gives a bit of a lift I have noticed a good difference in my jowls. HTH but happy to answer any other questions.

Yes @workshy46I’ve read similar so I’m not going to be touching that for my face! Might work on my crepey neck though.
@SollaSollewhow would you describe the effect from the Profhilo structura? Did you see a difference in fine lines etc? I could just do with a bit of plumping
