From chipmunk cheeks to flat face

Hello
Has anyone had fillers to address the drop of fat pads in the face?
Is this a thing?
I am 56 and noticed how flat my face has become
I am trying to put on weight to see if that helps but I am not thin just the facial fat pads have dropped. I look awful and ill
I had such lovely chipmunk cheeks amd always looked so young for my age
Now I look 20 years older than my age!
Would love to know if anyone else has been able to address this issue? Thanks 😊

I’ve had fillers twice in my checks in the last 10 years and I’ve been really happy with them. I’m quite thin and my face has got really thin as I’ve got older. The first time I had fillers I got them injected directly onto my cheekbones. The second time I got them done, about five years later, the doctor injected the filler more into the front of my cheek nearer my nose and I preferred the placement here. I would go and get a consultation and they can assess your facial structure and decide the best area to place the fillers.

I'm a similar age to you and I've had fillers in my cheeks a few times over the last 10ish years when I started to lose the plumpness in my cheeks. I've been just ok levels of pleased with them.

However 8ish weeks ago I had Profhilo Structura which has been incredible and given me more of a natural lift around my cheeks and also lifted my jowels. Price is roughly equivalent but you need two doses 4 weeks apart. I can't say how well it lasts yet but I'm super pleased with the results and would recommend it over fillers, maybe worth looking into as an alternative.

Great thanks both
I will look into fillers and Profhilo

I haven’t had it done myself. But I know that for true volume shift, fillers are usually the most direct option. There are also non-filler approaches like skin quality treatments and collagen stimulation, but these are more of supplementary treatments.
