Can you recommend a High Street moisturiser that will not cause to Milia.

I’ve been using Nivea, just the soft one but have noticed lots of hard little white bumps which Google tell me are Milia
I’m 64, fairly normal skin but can look a little dull. I use the Superdrug Natural Radiance glycolic toner but didn’t like the moisturisers in that range. Also use Vit C serum when I remember but makes my skin feel a bit warm

Thanks for any advice and recommendations

Epaderm Emollient Cream is really good. Safe for babies so no nasties. Really moisturising and very cheap.

Olay double action moisturiser for sensitive skin. Approx £5 for 50ml.
If you want to go for something extra, L'Occitane immortelle overnight reset serum is lovely. Bit pricey but can get bargains on Ebay.

Without pointing you to specific products to avoid any bias, the ingredient pattern worth looking for on any moisturizer label is one that leads with lighter emollients like squalane or caprylic capric triglyceride rather than heavy occlusives like petrolatum or mineral oil high up in the list, since milia at your skin stage are often triggered by rich creamy formulas that sit on the surface rather than absorbing, and your glycolic toner is actually doing a good job of helping with that dullness so pairing it with something lighter textured should make a noticeable difference.

Thank you, I will make sure to read the labels
At the moment I’m thinking about trying Neutrogena Hydro Waterboost Seems to get a lot of positive reviews

Cerave do a nice one. You can get it with or without SPF.

I noticed the Simple range of moisturisers were non-comedogenic recently.
