Spring and summer jacket ideas for petite pear shape after weight loss

I'm looking for a new spring/summer jacket to flatter my 5ft petite frame after almost 4 stone weight loss, although I still have a pear shaped figure. After so long dodging shops and drowning myself in baggy clothes, I want something more fitted and stylish but casual enough for the school run. I'm a young looking 40 year old. Pinks and most blues suit my colouring, but I'd prefer something more flexible and neutral.

Where do I look, and what am I looking for? I am so bad at styling myself, it's a huge blind spot because I've avoided the mirror for so long! I really don't want to end up dressing like my mum 😅

Maybe a utility jacket or short parka? These kind of styles:

There are loads of them about so you can find the right length/fit that works for you.

I need petite jackets and tops and find Next and Roman the best size wise. I have winter coats and jackets from Roman and they are a great fit. Next I do sometimes size up or down depending on style.

Thank you @TeaAndToastedCrumpets there are some good options there and some websites I hadn't considered. I'll have a deep dive through them!

@Pip500 I had forgotten about Roman, I got a lace top from there recently and the fit was good. Thanks for the reminder!

Is this acceptable, or am I leaning towards mum style again?
