Am I too old for this bikini?

I really love this bikini. I’ve been on mounjaro.
Gotten down to a size 8 and I’ve been really fortunate not to have excessive loose skin. My tummy is a little crinkled around the belly button though. I don’t have much of a chest anymore. I’m 46. I do have a tan skin which I think helps with the skin texture a bit.

What do you think? I really don’t want to wear a similar style to my mum yet 😂 and hate patterns. My husband says buy whatever I like, but I’m so hesitant, despite loving it.

I think this style needs a really pert chest. For that reason I would have worn it pre kids no question but wouldn’t go near it now.

I think it’s fab and definitely you’re not too old! The support would be a factor for me but if the boobs can handle it, then go for it! Make your husband’s jaw drop 🤣😉🙌🏼

I’m a similar age to you OP, l’d wear the bottoms but not the top. I don’t think the almost level straight across bit (sorry clumsy language) works.

l’d also want adjustable straps.

No, you are NOT too old op! What is “too old” for a bikini? I once read a quote which said….
”How to get a bikini body. Buy a bikini, put your body in it. Job done”.
No one cares (and if they do, that is a them problem!) and if you feel good in it, go for it. I’m older than you and I still wear bikinis, no fucks given!

I only wea4 a bikini to tan, so that's too much coverage for me, bu5 if your a swimmer or play sport, whatever other people do in one I think it's lovely and there's no age limit.

I paddle board, so I like something a bit sporty. I take my paddle board everywhere, even on holidays abroad, so I do shop with this in mind. Probably should have said that in my original post lol.

I wish when sunbathing I could go without the top! But my boobs look like I cut the toes off a pair of socks and glued them to my chest 😂

I’ve just been on holiday, so lots of people watching. I’m tall and slim and at 53, think I’m too old to wear a bikini. I don’t know why I put this restriction on myself as believe me, there were women of all shapes and ages wearing them - and good for them.

It really really isn't. I live in a mediterranean country and women well into their 80's wear bikinis.

Hi Op, I have a very similar bikini, I’m 47 size 8 and about a C Cup , it’s a good fit but the top is tiny, as a previous poster said avoid if smaller than an A cup. If it comes as separates I’d size up for the top. Congrats on the weight loss , treat yourself to lots of nice bikinis !! ❤️

Many years ago on a beach in Spain an older German lady in her 70’s sauntered past us in a tiny black bikini and floppy hat , she oozed confidence ! She looked fabulous and knew it ! My husband who would never dream of commenting on bikinis and is quite shy said that is probably the most attractive women on this beech !! I gave him a dig but couldn’t disagree !

You can decide what you feel comfortable wearing but that isn’t generic to all people your age surely
