Would you wear this to a wedding in Norway?

I bought it in mint for another wedding. Lots of the same people will be at both.

Dress code is smart casual/formal and celebratory and summery.

The reception will be in a barn in the far north of Norway, so it will be cold later.

If I do wear it, what can I add to it to keep me warm that's flowery?

Lived in Norway for many years.
It’s fine for a wedding, although a lot of people wear floor length dresses to weddings in Norway.
Some type of shawl or cardigan will be fine. North of Norway can be cold even in the summer, so be prepared.
It’s a great dress.

Thank you @Beccin. I vaguely remember lots of long dresses from the groom's brother's wedding 12 years ago. I'd like to wear this dress again though.
