Wipe on (not wash off) face cleanser?

Can anyone recommend a cleanser which can be applied with a cotton pad please? At the moment I’m using a Nivea eye make up remover across my whole face and then following it up with an Elemis toner. I don’t think it’s cleaning very well though. I don’t want a cleanser which I have to wash on or off. Does something exist which is good but can be applied with a cotton pad?

L'oreal fine flowers cleanser is great! I've used it for years.

I use this Garnier one, wiped on/off with washable bamboo pads.

How about using micellar water? I find it cleans better than face or eye cleansers

Micellar water, any brand
Your face needs a good scrub every now and then though so perhaps after you could do a flannel or those large square cotton wool pads, dipped in hot water and spread across face
Will dissolve makeup and grime leftover after the micellar water cleanse

I really like Sukin cream cleanser, it's gentle and effective

Don’t use micellar water. It strips the natural oils from the skin. Particularly bad for rosacea, ecsema and sensitive skin

You could try Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser depending on the texture you want. It's great for sensitive skin but possibly a little rich for some people.

Garnier micellar water with the pink lid is more than adequate

Caudalie Vinoclean gentle almond cleansing milk feels lovely and is very good at make up removal. Not cheap but comes in a big bottle and lasts for ages.

I use a few different ones, I have a toiletry bag of goodies in my coffee table, so whilst watching tv in the evenings I can take my make up off. Like you, I use Nivea eye make up remover, then I’ll use a L’Oreal cleansing cream or Nivea no rub miscellar water. Then I may use a cleansing balm when I go up to bed, depending on how tired I am!
In my bag I also have nail oil, eye revival patches, hand cream and a night cream, love going to bed having done all my bits and pieces.

https://www.my-origines.com/gb/toleriane-fluide-P0947004.html. I use fingers to apply and then a very rung out hot flannel to remove. Used Cetaphil gentle cleanser for many years until they changed the formula about 4 years ago and then my skin reacted to it so had to find an alternative. My test has always been a product which allows me to apply all over my face and still open my eyes without them stinging.
