What coat are you wearing this weather?

This weather! I've no idea what coat to wear. It's too mild for serious winter coats like the padded Scandi type ones, and fake fur. But when I went out earlier today I put on a cotton trenchcoat with a cotton jumper, and I needed gloves and a hat and was still a bit chilly (I suspect it looked a bit odd).
And if I wear a wool jumper, I'm too warm.
What is everyone wearing?

It’s still pretty cold, feels like 2 degrees atm when in London. So I’m still using peacoat length wool / cashmere

I'm in my padded winter coat and probably won't take it off till the end of April. Still have the winter duvet on and sleeping in joggers and a jumper. (North West)

I live in the North of England, so I am alternating between a calf length black faux fur coat , and a short brown leather jacket....today it's the warm coat.

A long thinly padded gilet, if I feel chilly I add a scarf and zip it up

Barbour waxed jacket + liner + hood.
i really need a warmer coat though.
