Advice for cover up/skin care for razor burn

I have pcos, I shave my face daily, for the first time in ten years I’ve given myself awful razor burn in two places the biggest is about an inch wide and rough to touch.
wfh today so leaving it uncovered to try and help, but tomorrow what to do? Is covering up with concealer a no no as it’s red and sore? What’s the optimal way to get this to heal asap?
I’m really upset how obvious it looks on my face so advice is greatly appreciated!

Sudocrem?

Apply a cold compress that might take the redness out of it and use gentle sensitive products on it like aloe Vera or in perfumed fragrance free moisturiser.
tomorrow will depend if it’s gone dry/flaky. the skin on the face heals fairly quickly. Or at least mine does. Don’t let it dry out too much today and leave it make up free until you absolutely have to put something on it.
If it is dry make up might draw attention to it
if it’s ok I’d use a very light layer of concealer, warm it up on your hand first so that it’s easier to blend in without pulling and irritating the razor burn and just tap it in with your finger.

ooh have not heard of that, that looks a good shout. Thanks all, really appreciate it, was so upset today, even though its something small in the grand scheme of things.
