What shoes with this outfit - stylish ladies please help!

I have very kindly been given this lovely outfit - I really love it. I feel the cold and usually wear tights or socks unless I am somewhere very hot (where I would not wear a long sleeved top). Can anyone advise how I could style this with tights/socks or a more spring/autumn look?
Please don't come at me with urgh "frumpy" tights, I have ms and feel the cold all the time, acutely and cannot be bare legged in the UK. And I'd just really like to be able to wear this :)

See I think that's heavy enough cotton to wear with tights and ankle boots. Sling a scarf round your neck to make it look a bit more wintery. And even a contrasting colour base layer long sleeved tee shirt. I would anyway. It's gorgeous- experiment with it, don't get rid of it! One of my favourite colours.

This is a summer outfit though, so it would have to be delicate flat sandals.

I’d wear sandals but the OP won’t, however light coloured cowboy boots would work, so would clogs or there are loads of flats and Mary Janes that would be fine. I just had to persuade myself that I don’t need a pair of Sam Edelman gold knit flat Mary Janes because I live in Birkenstocks in the summer, but they are lovely and would go with this outfit. Next have a pair of leopard trainer type Mary Janes that would also work well but more casual.

Nude tights and tan flats (H&M has nice suede ones)

I'd embrace your need for warm feet and legs and wear fairisle socks and shearling birkies.
