I hate my Roka bag. Help me find something else

I bought a Roka backpack for work. Yes it doesn’t hurt my back like shoulder bags do but otherwise I hate it so much. It’s hard to get things in and out because it’s so narrow front to back. The straps hurt if you carry it in one shoulder even for 5 minutes.
i carry a laptop for work and some hardback notebooks and some fidget toys I use for work. I need a laptop space and a few pockets. Even getting my carkeys out of the Roka feels like an injury.
any ideas?

A Sarah Haran poppy backpack. It comes with different straps, so you can backpack it or use it as a bag, plus a small clutch you can remove. Its leather, well made and smart. I use the mini version as I'm retired!

What an utterly pointless thing to add to this thread.

I tried every backpack. I hated hoisting them on my back and not being able to access stuff easily. Tote bags hurt my shoulder.

Then I found this. So comfy and so many pockets. Looks as good as new as when j first bought it.

I sent Roka back as the ridiculous buckles dug in. Plus it was awkward, like outside pocket not big enough for bottle.
