Help! Estee lauder double wear has changed... and it's awful!

Hello ,
Just as the title says really.
I've used Estee Lauder double wear for 20 years.
I opened a new bottle today and the formula has completely changed. It's more runnier and just doesn't cover well at all.
I'm genuinely gutted . It was my absolute beauty staple.
Can anyone recommend any other good foundations please as I'm going to have to search for another one!

They got rid of their Double Wear Light (apparently years ago which made me look silly when I asked the sales assistant). I'm trying out Clinque at the moment.... its ok but nothing amazing.

Sounds random but can you shake it about to mix the formula up - sounds like it’s just separated

I use IT Cosmetics CC cream and are really pleased. Great cover, many shades, and I put it on at 6.30 am and it is still in place when I get home at 7.30 pm. Great stuff.

I've tried that but I can't stand the smell of it and doesn't sit will on my skin, shame as I had great hopes for it 😢

I used double wear for years but now find it too drying and it sits in my fine lines! I switched to Armani luminous silk and it’s brilliant, lasts all day too.

Agreed . I have used it about 17 years and ots rubbish. Nasty thin. Takes doubke the amount to cover anything . Blush and bronze stick like glue. And its tacky all day

I've just had a look at Armarni Luminous Silk on the Look Fantastic website (£49!) and there's an instant shade match if you type in your old foundation brand and colour. My Double wear shade is/was Pale Almond, and the shade match thing is telling me i'm shade 3.75 in Armani. That's handy!
