Can anybody recommend where I can buy a nice hairpiece (you know those floaty twiggy feathery pieces ) for a wedding Im going to this summer.

Think Ill probably only get wear out of it a couple of times, so dont really want to break the bank! :O

Im looking for a nice black simple one.

You're welcome.
I hope you find what you're looking for.
Debenhams had some nice ones when I went to a wedding last summer.

M&S sell them for about a tenner

Cherry Chau make gorgeous ones, you can get them in Selfridge's and Harvey Nicks for about £40. I have a straight shiny bob and combs and bands just don't stay in - some of the ones they make are on small salon pins and they really grip your hair and stay put all night - I guarantee you will get lots of compliments.
