Anyone had their jowls lifted and worked a treat but not botox?

Hello, I turned 50 last year and noticed my skin has become a lot more saggier shall we say around the jowls. Menopause I feel has changed the collagen of my skin for sure and I have definitely noticed it since reaching 50. Some of my friends have tried Caci and said it works but use it a lot to get results and its really expensive, others have used botox (definitely not for me) some have used face yoga and loving it and others have used electrical devices at home and said they are effective too. Just seeing what everyone on here thinks or have used and whats worked for you?

I'm 51 and I use the current body red light mask for 10-15 minutes every day and I use the foreo bear, full power on my cheek bones for 10 minutes every other day.

I don't use fancy expensive creams. I use Aveeno (blue one) often, and tretinoin 0.1 a few nights a week.
SPF 50 Nivea Q10 every morning.

My skin is looking good for my age

Dermal fillers in cheeks and chin worked really well for lifting my jowls but it's got so expensive I can't justify it for the length of time they last. I'm now micro needling at home and I think it helps.

Debating buying the Ziip halo but again, it's so expensive with ongoing purchase of the conductive gels too.

I wish I could embrace jowls, saggy skin and aging but it's hard!

Foreo Bear 2 on cheekbones works well - it lifts the face. My cheekbones have grown so much since using it!

I'm so envious of people who are naturally not jowl-y. I feel your pain!

Other options are mini tuck or stitch. Were talking thousands though for these, and I'd worry about the outcome

Morpheus 8 at 50+ I found very good, comparatively expensive but over a few months you notice the difference with a couple of treatments. Skinpen is also bang for your buck on your facial fat rather than jowls. Both have downtime. Find a good cl
Keep up with the Botox for but I found gradually adding areas as the years progressed helpful, Polynucleotides are great especially eyes.

A friend who is 47 swears by Ultherapy. She started a few years ago and gets it done every 2 years. I’m 36 and looking to get my first treatment this year. It’s definitely more of a ‘preventative’ measure and you don’t usually notice any change after the treatment, according to my friend. But her skin looks very firm for 47 so it does look to be quite effective.
