I didn't get the email, but just logged on to the FtF site and was able to spin the wheel. I also went for the Fire and Ice and free delivery.

I picked normal and also didn’t get free postage but more than happy to pay £3.99 for the product.

I am another fan of the Lancôme palette from the Christmas box, it blends really well and lasts all day.
HanBeauty101 has a great review on YouTube and some looks using it.

I did donate £5 to the melanoma charity at checkout - not sure why it felt cheeky to accept the free gift and free delivery but it did. Probably something to do with British-ness 😄

Has anyone who isn’t signed up with FTF/bought from them got a freebie? (To disprove my theory that they are restricting these to existing customers.)

On a related note: Who on earth is going to bother trawling through the site as a new customer for 5% off - it’s a pointless offer, imo!

I was just wondering if they had a way of making sure that only existing customers were in with a chance of getting a freebie, with potential newbies like me only being offered 10% or 5% off instead. DH muttered something about parameters and algorithms but I just heard white noise, (I think he meant it was possible to do that 😹)

I chose normal - i didn't spot the 'mature' option.

I just went back to spin again - it landed on the freebie when I chose 'normal' again. When i chose 'mature' it landed on the 5% off offer 🤨

I wasn't able to get another freebie though - they have tighter controls than the Perfume Society 😁
