Registry office wedding dress

I'm looking for a wedding dress for an intimate registry office wedding. I want it to feel special and classy but not classic bridal. I'm mid 40s, tall, size 12 and pear shaped.

Any recommendations for dresses or brands or London based shops?

Book a bridal appointment at Rixo on the Kings Road - they have a whole area set aside for it, and the wedding section has lots of different styles.

i also went to the flagship Self Portrait (near Green Park) for a bridal appointment, and then mooched round Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichs and John Lewis. Ghost in JL had some nice styles too.
