Help me find long sleeved tops for DD and peely wally skin

My daughters are cursed with skin like their mothers... almost pale blue and crap in the sun... I am after the little girl equivalent of indian cotton smocks - long sleeve cover-ups as Factor 50 is not enough really. I'd like lightweight cotton - even T-shirts if they did superfine like Gap. My girls are 5 and 2.

Marks and spencer do some kaftans - they are really nice looking but mostly have 3 quarter length sleeves - don't know if that's enough

Still 3/4 length sleeves, but this and long sleeved one.
