Cheap but good skin care

Previously used Clarins skincare but with 2 kids and double child care costs cant afford it anymore. Recently discovered the Aldi's moisturisers and love them... so cheap! Any tips on a good facial wash, toner, eye cream, cleanser which dont cost too much.

Second (or third!) the use of muslins, or a flannel.

I use Botanics cleanser, then a flannel to rub it off.

Less need to use an exfoliator too.

i use witch hazel as a toner and it's excellent.

also use tea tree oil on spots and i buy it in a BIG bottle from this place:
abbey and the 25mL bottle lasts a year.

that'll teach me not to read OP. Boots cucumber or blue equivalent, whichever suits your bathroom!

dh swears by st ives apricot scrub - often 2 for 1 in boots
i like good ole aapri - my mum's fave brand from the 80's

Yes I like the Boots cucumber range too Mrssprat, esp. the reflective lotion.
I also use the Simple wash, but think I might get the Dove bar now after rave reviews.

Superdrug's Vitamin E face wash is good
Balm Balm's rose balm is fab
and a pot of vaseline and a bottle of Holland and Barret vitamin e oil is fab for eye area

St Ives blemish control facial scrub is my absolute favourite - I am loving it at the moment. £3.99 a tube but half price in Tesco at the minute.

I think the cheapest treatment for dry skin is olive oil. It is natural and effective. I have written an article on it on my blog colinsbeautypages.co.uk/the-benefits-of-olive-oil-on-the-skin/

It takes a bit of work and effort to use the neat oil, so you might prefer to use a cream with olive oil in. There are a few of these around. I formulated one for Artful Teasing a while back for example.
