Cutting my own hair, should I do it? Pic...

Not had it cut for 18 months as they always butcher it. Figure I may as well butcher it myself for free?

Id like some length off and some layers, something a bit shaggy and will probably dye it dark brown.

Is it possible? Anyone have a tutorial to follow?

I cut my sons mullet for him regularly.

Your hair is lovely, I wouldn't risk it

Your hair is such a stunning colour. Don't dye it!

Your hair is a lovely colour, I have the same hair style as yours, I have been cutting it myself since lockdown saving lots of money, I trim half a inch off this morning, I just split the hair into, pull it over the shoulder to the front and cut, it gives a slight u shape, there's lots of tutorials on youtube, I want to also put some shaggy layers in but I'm to nervous to try.
