Knickers with more absorbant gusset.

Can anyone reccomend some knickers that are more absorbant but not period knickers? For the days of the month when I'm far more dischargey than others. No uti/bv/ thrush or anything present just seems to be my normal.

I'm guessing 100% cotton would be best too. I'm also paranoid of smelling I don't think I do, my husband assures me but I think the feeling of being dischargey makes me feel more unsanitary I guess 🙈
I have got reusable cotton panty liners but I'd prefer knickers. Bonus points if they look pretty too.

Hoping there are others like me. I'm aware many on MN seem to get no discharge at all and can happily sleep naked!

Any tips to reduce discharge maybe? Not sure if that's possible.
Thank you

Why not wear ordinary knickers with a light pad in them that you can change? Something like Alldays.

Panty liners, don’t think a more absorbent knickers would help feeling dry. The discharge usually matches up with ovulation so reflects a healthy cycle and system.

Even finding knickers with a decent gusset seems impossible nowadays. There have been occasional threads which end up with most posters mocking the problem - I can only conclude that they use contraceptive and aren't used to experiencing the messy consequence of ovulating.

Anyway, maybe try light-flow period knickers?

Yes really impossible I've bought some and it's felt like a thong for a gusset!

How dissapointing. It makes sense I've not been on contraception for over 10 years. I don't remember having much discharge at all whilst on the pill so guess for many it's not an issue. Oh well back to reusable panty liners it is then. I bet if men got discharge they'd have some wonderfully designed comfortable boxers that left them feeling clean and fresh.

Definitely wider gussets should be an option, not only for comfort but also so a pad fits comfortably without overlapping the edges!

Thunderpants are funky .. but not pretty.
They have a wide thick gusset
expensive but last years and very very comfortable.
