Foundation won’t stay on my nose

I’m not sure what happened but when I got to mid thirties, foundation just stopped sticking to my nose. So I just don’t wear it now because it looks horrendous when it stays on the rest of my face but my pink nose is just sticking out in the middle of my face like Rudolph.
I’ve googled it, I’ve tried the tricks on YouTube and nothing works. I use primer, setting spray. I’ve tried different brands of foundation.
Anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it? I have a party this weekend and I’d really like to wear liquid foundation.

How do you learn to use it?? I bought a bottle recently and I’m not getting on very well with it. It just looks weird on my skin and I don’t think the colour is wrong. What am I missing?

I put one squirt on the back of my hand and then apply to my face with a damp beauty blender. It looks weird if you use too much or apply with fingers in my experience. Good primer & powder and it stays put all day!

Estee Lauder is what you need, doesn't shift.

I know I am a bit late to this, but Erborian cream is what you need. The green one will tone down the pink, and act as a good base for foundation.

I’m a bit gutted. All of this foundation talk, I somehow got talked into a foundation match at boots no7. It’s my own fault. Obviously I am the shade of a dead person who has been sat in a freezer for a week. If I fell over in the snow, you wouldn’t see me. Anyway, This lovely lady got a foundation for me and applied it and it was a great colour but the texture was quite poor. Brush strokes, caking, skin poking through. She said it didn’t at all, it’s because I’ve applied it lightly as you want to look natural. I don’t, I want to look pretty. I thought it was probably just the way she’s applied it and I would do it how I like. You can’t. It’s impossible. It’s a terrible finish. And I’ve wasted £20 on it.
