Where can I learn to wrap my hair/head?

And can I do it as a white British woman, or is it culturally appropriative?

I have short hair but I see people wearing lovely scarves done up around their heads and I think it would be a good look for bad hair days. Are there any good video tutorials anywhere?

You can buy really nice thick head wrap/bands that give a similar look so you don't have to actually tie them.
I use them for work and bad hair days and they are great.
Also pretty sure they are just a fashion choice rather then a cultural thing so fine to wear. At least none of my colleagues who wear them have mentioned it, just said it really suits me (I haven't really seen anybody else white wearing one round here though so you do stand out abit!).

Look at some old paintings and you will see plenty of interesting a creative headdresses on European women. However, there’s a danger people think you are having chemotherapy. Grace Kelly and the late Queen and many ordinary women wore European style silk scarfs on their heads in a way that left some hair visible. People also used to wear a scarf over their curlers so that their hair looked nice in the evening.

Yes you can do it. Wrapunzel has a website, Facebook and maybe YouTube etc too where you can find tutorials.
