How would you accessorise this dress?

I know it doesn't need much what with all the spots and ruffles but I'm mostly wondering about shoes if anyone has any inspired ideas? Preferably flat/ballet/sandal-type (it will be hot) or very little heel.

kitten-heeled slingbacks and a big bangle, I think

I don;t think ballet flats would be formal enough (and they are monstrously unflattering to all but the slimmest ankles)

no, I think it will be pretty formal. what colour shoes would you go for? Anyone got any good mail order sites?

oh chocolate without a doubt, and fabric or suede, not shiny leather
