JG, thats a bit too dressy for me.

I like to keep it a bit more casual and need practical colours to hide puke, food and other stains

I am actually warming to the one mmj linked now but like annie said, its a bit too tye dye for me.

aha - a maxi dress wearer - I was going to start a thread on those but NBG might like
this one

what do y'all think? I tried it on last week and the colours etc were good on me but wasn't sure when one would wear a maxi dress...well anniemac?

nbg is it really dressy? I was thinking could get away with on non dressy occasions...hmm, maybe need a rethink...

Nbg · 09/06/2008 13:39

No no its not really dressy but just a bit too dressy for me.

If my kids were older I would wear it.

I sound weird now dont I

I like the new look one but I dont like halternecks

Can't do with strapless bras.

themildmanneredjanitor - I like quite a lot of stuff on that site you linked too. How generous do you find them on sizings? I'm a size '11' these days so it can be tricky.

jeangenie · 09/06/2008 13:42

cod which of mine did you like new look maxi or east dressy ( NBG)

Nbg · 09/06/2008 13:44

I tell you what I would wear it to, a bbq or going out for the day.

The embroidered new look one is nice.

cod which colour did you get in the new look dress? All are sold out in my size except the coral, I like the style but not sure about that colour!

lightweight jersey here

I got the irenie skirt from here and it is lovely to wear, now I am thinking of getting a dress too.

Nbg · 09/06/2008 13:56

New look site says due to high visitor numbers they are experiencing problems.

So can you all eff off it for 2 mins please

link does take ages - then takes you to pink one - I think the navy is much nicer (don't like the pink but then am not a very pink person)
