Bra recommendations for deflated boobs please 🙏

looking for recommendations for bras that will help lift and shape my very deflated breasts. After breastfeeding 3 children and losing a total of 5.5 stone, I now absolutely hate my breasts. They’re smaller, very flat at the top and bottom heavy and sit very low on my chest. I’m trying to find a bra that lifts them and also doesn’t result in loads of gaping at the top (because of how flat they are up top). Tried a push up and while it lifted, the gaping and creasy deflated look was even worse at the top.

After years of wearing very plain stretchy bras that were easy to breastfeed in, I really want some prettier bras so bonus points if recommendations also include some nice patterns/lace etc. Really appreciate any suggestions, thank you so much :)

I visited bravissimo and got a couple of their balconette style bras as well as getting a bea fitting to find the correct size.
Mine have lost volume and now point outwards so I wanted lift and something to squidge them together more, without an obvious push up bra effect.
I definitely recommend getting an in-person fitting done.

Never wear plunge they will just fall out of the middle. Try full coverage balconette for a good shape. Also Miss Mary of Sweden does a specific bra for this. The smooth divide is one of them.
My favourite bra of all time for this problem and the one I wear everyday is this one from Amazon it gives you a wonderful shape.:

As others have suggested, try a balconette style. It's best to get properly fitted if you can.

You could look for bras with “side support”, this very slightly presses the outsides in giving a slightly fuller top (not like plunge or push up)

Some years ago I decided that the reason women were expected to have breast that started a couple of inches below this neck, was because of the male gaze.

my breasts, like every womans, start where they start and end where they end. This changes in my experience, over time and circumstances.

if you really want the perky breasts that you had when you started to develop, you will probably find a bra that will help that.

Oh I don’t disagree with you at all! But unfortunately I’ve been socialised to think that it’s important (for the reasons you state) and I’ve now internalised that belief so them not being perkier makes me feel crap and I don’t want to feel crap. So while the belief is there because of men, I want to do something about it for myself so I can feel good, regardless of how the men feel about my chest 😂 Even though I would have never felt crap about it in the first place if it wasn’t for them!

thanks everyone for suggestions :)

It's a bugger is socialisation, isn't it?

I sympathise with your need to feel better about yourself.

I'm 75 years old so have been invisible to the male gaze for 10+ years. One of ages's hidden advatages 😁
