Hair topper advice (LH Enhancers)

Does anyone have experience of wearing hair toppers? My hair has been thinning for the last few years and nothing I've tried has helped.

I have an appointment with a company called LH Enhancers soon and wondered what I should be looking for?

If anyone has any experience with this company I'd appreciate hearing your opinion. Apparently they're rather expensive and I've found some reviews that say that they're very pushy and the pieces aren't that great. Bit worried now!

ive been wearing a topper for 8 years now, I have short hair and have had real human ones and heat friendly, prefer heat friendly, I get mine from valentine wigs, I use a blonde rooted topper from them, I go to hairdresser who then blends in the back with a few highlights on my real hair, also I tick the box when I buy that it’s a medical condition so I don’t pay vat, female pattern hairloss
