Eyelash infills cost and time taken

Hi, just after advice about infills.

I stopped going to one place as they had put the price up to £50 for an hour infill - I usually have classics. To be fair they did a very good thorough job and I was always there for an hour. I was going every 3 weeks roughly but trying to cut costs.

I have started going elsewhere and she has been doing a mixture of classics and Russian on my lashes. Problem is that I’m in the chair 20 mins if that for a 3 week infill and being charged £28. The lashes have been lasting and look ok, but it always feels a bit rushed like she’s back to back with clients and trying to get us in and out.
im a bit miffed but haven’t said anything as I don’t like confrontation to be honest.

I might just look for a new place but wondering if anyone has similar experience. Thanks

I used to get mine done but I just cannot be bothered to lie there for all that time. Its too much.

3luckystars · 08/11/2025 12:11

Can you do them yourself?

Not really, I’ve not very much time spare and they wouldn’t last as long

Well surely you just need to decide if the one that takes an hour looks £22 better than the one that takes 20 minutes?
Only you can judge if the extra is worth it.

Yes, I was more posting to see if any lash techs or those who have them done have any advice.

Do the £50 ones look better? If they do then I’d rather pay someone to do them nice over paying someone to rush them and not be happy with them. Are the ones in the pic freshly done or need doing?

Smoothandsmooth · 08/11/2025 14:21

If that photo is the cheaper one I’d be happy (disclosure: I’ve never done them). You’ve cut the time and cost substantially but the payoff is your technician trying to fit as many clients in as possible. Personally I’d just accept that and try to get used to the being rushed feeling.

The dearer ones are fuller - the ones here have been done this morning. Thanks

I’d definitely pay a bit more then (unless you prefer them this way).

If you zoom in , they’re quite patchy but it’s such a big cost difference I’d be tempted to still go. I’m using tatti lashes now and they’re fine if I take my time but I miss having them done. Funds don’t permit though

3luckystars · 10/11/2025 14:54

I think quicker is better!

ItsaCATnotalabrador · 10/11/2025 15:04

I think they look fine. I wouldnt say amazing but perfectly acceptable to me.

As someone above said, you need to decide whether the other service was £22 and 40mim better.

I miss having mine but I just cant afford it anymore (and Id always fall asleep and snore!).
