Recommend me a nice crossbody bag

I have a navy mulberry Anthony bag and I love it but it’s getting old. Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions? Budget up to 800. I want simple classy kind of style? Sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Posting here for traffic.

Honestly darlings I have a £500 coach bag, a £495 mulberry bag but my favourite bag of all is my £48 river island one.

Sometimes the cheaper ones are the gems!

NP - I’ve got 3 x Lottie Bags in Navy, Black and Taupe. The taupe has silver chain whereas the black and navy have gold chain. Also a white Sunrise / Sunset and the chain is gold on that one. So who knows?

Have you tried calling Mulberry outlet shops - Shepton Mallet or one of the ones on the outlet parks like Cheshire oaks or Bicester. They may have the one you’re after…without having to wait for a sale.

The more you spend, the more the perceived niceness of the bag increases. I'd have thought £800 is just on the cusp of true niceness, but say £3000 would start to elevate the bag to biblical niceness.

Have a look at Fossil, they have a few shapes and colours. I bought a cross body from there a couple of years ago, still looks like new, good quality leather and zip etc, no horrible slogans or dangly metal bits. I've been really pleased with it. I think it was £100 to £150 ish.

I too have a Mulberry bag, and Aspinal bag, Prada... But will definitely be asking for one of the Next bags for Christmas! I use my Uniqlo bag to death and could do with something a bit more er, leather.

That’s gorgeous, I love Strathberry and have been also eyeing up the Mosaic. Just wish they did more bags with silver hardware.

I had an older one then purchased a newer one a few years ago as I loved the style and brand.

I have a mulberry amberley in Oxblood which I love but my most used across body is my coach tabby, I’ve got it in black with gold hard wear and I use it most days.

I’ve also got a couple of lovely across body bags from Kate spade.
