Posh boots

Im after a pair of knee high boots, well fitted, waterproof ideally but smart enough to wear with a mini skirt and tights for winter.
Ive looked at f&f and PC but they have mixed reviews and due to the cost they need to be comfy and not scream fashion victim.
I like them both but not sure they're worth thr money now?
Any other brands please? They need to look smart. I already have decent wellies and dont own a horse if that helps!

I really rate Duo Boots - having a well fitting pair that don't look like wellies is great. Other than that, Stuart Weitzman or Sam Edelman.

Ariat are an American brand who srll really well made boots,both for work and leisure.

my dad bouhgt me my first pair of boots only thing he said was wear real leathr and well fitted . a thousand of them in the last 60 years my favs are biker boots and horse riders too.keep them clean and polish can wear any with anything
