For a fairly low maintenance 45 year old woman (rarely wear make up etc) I've spent waaaaaaay too much time thinking about my eyebrows over the years.
Overplucking in the 90s plus an underactive thyroid means mine are much sparser than I'd like but also annoyingly asymmetrical. Whilst I've had some success with UK lash eyebrow serum (they're definitely thicker overall, but one is still much narrower), I've decided to go for nanobrows. I've found a reputable brow technician, I love how natural her healed nanobrow photos look and have finally got an appointment in December.
My question is, shall I just quit the serum now? I don't want to keep using it once I've had the nanobrows done and figured I need my brows to be as natural as possible. She said not to shape them or anything before the appointment so she can work with what's there naturally (though to bring photos of the kind of shape i like them to be when they are less au naturale, which I've taken). Whilst I don't want them to go back to how they were in the meantime (sparse and wonky!) I figured this is better than her thinking they're fuller than they naturally are, then the newer hairs falling out after the nanobrows and me being left with bald patches where she could have put hairstrokes! Does this make sense? I may be overthinking (it has been known). Any advice welcome! Thanks
