We have got several weddings this summer and at the first one I will be 17 weeks pregnant - so a slight bump, but probably looking pretty fat!

Which dress do you think would be better for a summer wedding, all the ones we are going to are very smart (morning suit for dh)

I have already bought this one Isabella Oliver but I am worried that it is not special enough - I already have a black and white hat and shoes

I have found this one today Crave Not sure what colour hat or shoes to go with this.

Please help - everyone else is going to be seriously glamorous and I don't want to look mumsy!

I wasn't that keen on the IO one when it arrived, thought the material was cheap for the price of it

the Crave one is lovely too - do you 'need' a hat, monsoon have some lovely hair accessories in at the moment

our wedding was oober smart too, scottish highland castle and all designer - I went in a top from Evans and white linen trousers and let the bump speak for itself

everyone will be too busy oohing and ahhing over you & baby

barrats had some nice shoes in the other day and not too high either

That is exactly what I thought dizzy, the dress looks amazing on the website, but a bit cheap close up iykwim.

Don't know why I am worrying, both my dd's are flower girls and I have recently discovered that if you have attractive children [proud] you are just a means to an end at weddings!

Second one is lovely.

are you going for the dresses i white / cream? I read somewhere over te weekend about guests wearing the same colour as the bride - and how it upsets them. BTW I prefer the second one.

my two were flower girls and dh was in his kilt (if you're really interested they're on my profile [blush[) so nobody gave a hoot about me [proud][blatant flaunting of children emoticon]

Gorgeous flower girls! They look angelic!

Right, I have ordered the one from Crave as well - so I can try it on, they always look good on the models but on a 5'10'' size 16 usually like a sack of shit!

Any suggestions as to what colour shoes?

toratora - I ordered TONNES of matty stuff and sent it all back as was so disappointed with the quality - can I suggest Monsoon, they do up to a size 22 and have some lovely styles that can accomodate bumps

will have a think re shoes, have to pop off and collect dd2 from nursery
